Everyone spawns into a busy store as one of the shoppers. Shoplifters and Officers are hidden in that crowd of NPCs, and blending in costs you nothing. The only thing that can give you away is the act of stealing.
So you move carefully. You watch how other players act. You wait for the right moment, and you try to read who is really a thief and who is just browsing. One wrong move and the whole store is onto you.
It is simple to learn and tense the whole way through. Act natural, and trust no one.
