Roblox sometimes holds a purchase for a while before it reaches the game. Rejoin once, and give it up to a day. If it is still missing, open a ticket under Help with the game with the receipt from Roblox and we grant it by hand.

Progress is saved per account and per game. If you played before the game moved to its new place on August 26, 2026, that progress stayed with the old place and could not be carried over. Anything lost after that is worth a ticket: tell us when you last saw it.

The game's servers watch for things a player cannot do by hand and act on their own records, not on reports. A kick is a warning; a ban follows repeated ones or something clear-cut. Appeals are read by a person: open a ticket under Appeal with your Roblox user id and when it happened.

Open your profile on Roblox. The number in the address bar, roblox.com/users/1234567/profile, is your user id. On the form you can also type your username and pick your account from the card that appears.

Report them in the game with the Roblox report button, which reaches Roblox. For something the game itself should act on, open a ticket under Report something with the player's username or id and when it happened; a clip or screenshot link helps most.

Yes. Open a ticket under My data and pick copy or delete. A copy comes back as a file with what our game's service holds for your account; a deletion erases it, including your progress in the game, and cannot be undone. Roblox holds your account itself, so only Roblox can act on that.

The Discord. The studio and the players are there every day, and most questions get an answer in minutes.

Most of it is the device or the connection: try a lower graphics setting in the Roblox menu, close other apps, and rejoin. If it keeps happening on one map or at one moment, open a ticket under Help with the game and describe the moment; that is how we find the real ones.
