Terms of service

The short version

Play fair, treat people well, and follow Roblox's rules. We keep the game and this website running as well as we can, we do not promise they will never break, and we can act on an account that breaks the rules.

Who these terms are between

These terms are between you and Diet Bloxy Cola ("we", "us"), the studio that makes Shoplifters on Roblox and runs dietbloxycola.com. By using the website or playing our games you agree to them. If you are under the age at which you can agree to terms where you live, a parent or guardian agrees for you by letting you play.

Roblox comes first

Our games run on Roblox. Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards apply to everything you do there, and Roblox handles your account, its safety features and its payments. Where these terms and Roblox's rules differ, Roblox's rules win inside Roblox. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation; Roblox is a trademark of Roblox Corporation.

The rules in our games

• No cheating. No exploits, scripts, modified clients, automation or anything else that lets you do what a player cannot do by hand.
• No abuse. No harassment, hate, threats or targeting of other players, in the game or in our community spaces.
• No tricking the game. No abusing bugs for gain, no trading or selling accounts, items or progress outside Roblox's own systems.

Our servers watch for cheating and act on their own records. A first offence is usually a kick; repeated or clear-cut offences lead to a ban from the game. Bans are ours to decide. If you think one is wrong, you can appeal; a person reads every appeal and we may lift or keep the ban.

Purchases and virtual items

Anything you buy in our games is bought through Roblox with Robux, and Roblox's rules on payments and refunds apply. Coins, gems, passes and items in the game are a limited licence to use them in the game; they are not money, have no value outside the game, and cannot be exchanged for money from us. We may change what items do, how much they cost, or retire them, as the game develops. If a purchase does not arrive, tell us and we will look.

Your progress

Your progress in a game is tied to your Roblox account and to that game. We keep it for you while you play, and we take reasonable care of it, but we cannot promise it will never be lost, and we do not owe compensation for lost progress. When a game moves to a new place on Roblox, progress may not carry over; we say so when it happens.

The website and our community spaces

The website is for information and for reaching us. Do not attack it, scrape it, or use the contact form to spam. Our Discord and other community spaces have their own rules, set and enforced by their moderators.

What you send us through the contact form (a report, a suggestion, a message) may be used to run and improve the game and to answer you. Do not send us anything you do not have the right to send.

Our content

The games, their names, art, characters, sounds, code and this website belong to us or to those who license them to us. You may play the games, visit the site, and make videos, streams and screenshots of the games for your own channels; you may not copy the games, sell our art, or present our work as yours.

No promises

The games and the website are provided as they are. We work to keep them running, safe and fun, but we do not promise they will always be available, error-free or unchanged. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using or being unable to use them, including lost progress or items. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be limited.

Ending things

You can stop playing at any time and can ask us to delete your data. We can suspend or ban an account from our games for breaking these rules or Roblox's, and we can retire a game or feature. Where we can, we say so in advance.

Changes and contact

When these terms change we update the date at the top; a change that matters is announced on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the studio is established, and disputes are settled in the courts there, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
